Traditional 9-to-5 environments aren’t built for everyone. After 15+ years managing complex corporate networks, our director, Eddie, found himself struggling to navigate a standard workplace. As an autistic person managing other health complications, the typical corporate environment took a heavy toll. He needed a change—a place to thrive and use his tech skills to genuinely help people without the corporate red tape getting in the way.
With the incredible backing and guidance of the Prince’s Trust Startup programme, Eddie took the leap and founded EB IT Support right here in Boston. Having faced barriers himself, he wanted to build a business that provides the exact opposite experience: direct, friendly, and 5-star customer service, treating customers like neighbours instead of ticket numbers.

We all know the frustration: your printer won't connect, so the printer company blames your computer, the computer company blames your router, and your broadband provider blames everyone else! We built EB IT Support to be your one-stop shop for everything technical. From laptops, phones, and network setups to broadband and PAT testing—you only need to remember one phone number. We stop the corporate blame game and just get the problem sorted for you.

Because we understand how overwhelming communication can sometimes be, we’ve built a core rule into our long-term business plan: even as EB IT Support grows, every customer will always be assigned a dedicated, small team of 3 to 5 people.
